This Thursday is another East Portland Chamber Lunch Seminar, and it’s going to be good one that you don’t want to miss.  You’ll get practical advice for you and for your business featuring three local marketing experts:

Scott Hendison, CEO of Search Commander, Inc,  will be giving a presentation about the “new” Internet and about social websites. What does it all mean, how is it different?  In this presentation, Scott will cover everything you’ve always wanted to know about “Web 2.0, some things you probably didn’t care to know and still have time left over for questions.

Coach Charles Powell of Coaching At Its Best will discuss with us why personal one to one, face to face marketing is integral to any social networking business plan.   As a personal coach, Charles believes strongly in the power of the personal relationship and keeping those relationships active.

Norm Rice, a Realtor with First Class Properties will address how to integrate Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and other social media tools into a business plan.  Specifically as an active member of the web technology committee for the East Portland Chamber, Norm will demonstrate some of the ways social media is being used to promote and provide value to our chamber membership.
