The Portland Development Commission, in partnership with Venture Portland, the Neighborhood Economic Development Leadership Group, the East Portland Action Plan Economic Development Subcommittee, the Coalition of Communities of Color of Multnomah County and the East Portland Chamber of Commerce invite you to join us in helping chart the future course of neighborhood economic development in East Portland. The community-driven Neighborhood Economic Development Strategy is beginning its second year of implementation, and this summit will help guide future choices and resource decisions and identify key areas of focus for the next year.
