• • The Restore Grant Program (prosperportland.us/restore) supports Portland small businesses experiencing pandemic-related hardships. These one-time direct grants provide up to $25,000 in reimbursement for eligible expenses related to damage and vandalism, including security, insurance premium increases, back rent, interior repairs, and inventory/equipment loss.

  • The Repair Grant program (prosperportland.us/repair) supports Portland small businesses experiencing damages due to vandalism or break-ins to their ground floor, exterior storefronts. Eligible businesses can be provided up to $10,000 in reimbursement for eligible expenses related to exterior damage or graffiti to their building or food cart.

• Oregon Saves - a retirement savings option for Oregonians.
  
• Paid Leave Oregon - a required program that helps OR workers take leave when they need to.
• Oregon Employment Department - Work Share Oregon - a program that helps businesses keep their employees during difficult times.
