Shannon Lee Erskine is the Neighborhood Deputy District Attorney for East Portland/ areas served by Portland Police East Precinct and North Portland. Ms. Lee Erskine was born and raised in Portland. She received her B.A. in East Asian Studies and Environmental Studies from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. She has been a prosecutor with the Multnomah County DA's office for the last three years. 

Lee Erskine will be presenting on her work as the Neighborhood DDA and areas where business owners and community partners can become involved in neighborhood prosecution.
