Shannon Lee Erskine, Deputy District Attorney, will address the following topics:

• What can businesses do to protect themselves better and be supportive to the police and DA’s office to help them solve and reduce crime?
• What can we do to help officers or the DA in terms of preserving evidence, i.e. video cameras, recording serial numbers of equipment, security on site, etc?
  
• Are gangs getting more under control?
  
• Safety of Max and mass transit.
  
• What types of cases is the DA focusing on in East Portland now—domestic violence, graffiti, robberies from small businesses?
