Heidi Beierle with the West Columbia Gorge Chamber is putting the finishing touches on a commute options demand study for the industrial areas out in Troutdale and Fairview.  In the process of preparing this study, Heidi became aware of workforce access/transportation inequities that exist in the project study area.
