Central City Concern | Member Hosted AM 10-23-19

Central City Concern has been helping people end their homelessness and poverty for 40 years. For the past 10 years, it has had a small presence in East Portland.  With the July opening of its Blackburn Center at 122^nd & Burnside, it takes a major step in helping our community help those in need of housing, healthcare and employment services.  Join us to learn more about Blackburn Center’s innovative model of care that is making a real difference in the lives of our neighbors.  This member AM will include a brief presentation by the Center’s Director as well as a limited tour.  Because Blackburn Center is a specialty healthcare location, please note that all Member AM attendees will be asked to sign a Visitor Confidentiality agreement.  Please contact Kathy.pape@ccconcern.org if you’d like to preview the agreement before arriving.
