Are Portland Housing policies making rental markets more inclusive?  

 Changes to landlord/tenant responsibilities and protections began five years ago.  In her PowerPoint presentation, Jessica Greenlee of Affinity Property Management LLC will discuss the history of the changes that culminated with the current Fair Ordinance and Health policy Eviction bans. 
   
Jessica was a member of the Rental Services Commission for the City of Portland, before resigning earlier this year over its ineffectiveness, and a member of several statewide committees related to rent control/tenant protection subject matters.
