In order to provide more business insights and education, we are trying something new this year. This morning's agenda will include a virtual Interview with Shep Hyken by Fran Tarkenton and a moderated discussion after the presentation.

Shep Hyken is a customer service and experience expert and the Chief Amazement Officer of Shepard Presentations.
