Where we are with the landlord/tenant policy enactment and the eviction moratorium in Portland now – hear from two experts

Jessica Greenlee of Affinity Property Management LLC will give an update on where the industry stands today and what the government plans to do now that the eviction moratorium has been extended. Changes to landlord/tenant responsibilities and protections began five years ago. Jessica was a member of the Rental Services Commission for the City of Portland, before resigning earlier this year over its ineffectiveness, and a member of several statewide committees related to rent control/tenant protection subject matters.
