Join us to learn how ODOT is working to improve mobility and safety on I-5 while providing jobs and supporting economic development opportunities for the community.

About the Project: The I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project will add auxiliary lanes and shoulders to improve travel reliability and safety. It will smooth traffic flow between I-84 and I-405 where three interstates meet at the top traffic bottleneck in Oregon and one of the worst in the nation. It will also include a highway cover that will reconnect the Albina neighborhood, add local streets and community spaces and provide additional land for future development.
