GEAC: Prosper Portland

Prosper Portland presents three of its programs funded by the American Rescue Plan Act: Portland Small Business Hub and Small Business Stabilization Grant Programs, which include Repair Grant and Restore Grant. In our journey to strengthen our city's small business landscape, let’s jointly explore how else we may collaborate to further both our missions benefiting the communities that we jointly serve.

• Dan Ruan (she/her/她) is the project manager for the Portland Small Business Hub at Prosper Portland. The Portland Small Business Hub offers free one-on-one, culturally specific resource navigation for local small business owners.
• Ellen Bolus-Edmonds (she/her) is currently the Project Manager charged with the Small Business Stabilization Programs at Prosper Portland. This program supports Portland small businesses experiencing hardships resulting from the pandemic. The program can provide up to $25,000 in reimbursement for expenses related to damages and vandalism.
• Rachel Benton (she/they) wrangles the Small Business Repair Grant Program for Prosper Portland. This program supports small businesses that have sustained physical storefront damage as a result of vandalism.
