SBUA Oregon - Working Together with Small Business

Guillermo Castillo, and Diane Henkels, Esq., will present on Oregon’s small business utility customer. SBUA Oregon has contracted Henkels Law LLC to present focused research on Oregon Public Utility Commission and publicly available utility records to identify impacts of utility regulation on small commercial customer class. Castillo has served as a technical assistance in PUC proceedings such as rate cases, rule makings, and integrated resource planning in support of fair and reasonable treatment for the small business customers of electric and natural gas utilities. Diane Henkels, Attorney, advises entities in PUC matters with focus on the small commercial customer. This presentation is supported by an Energy Trust Working Together grant in collaboration with SBUA Oregon. This grant is classified as an “educational”, presenters will inform audiences on challenges but also opportunities that are available to Oregon’s small business utility ratepayers.
